I got this in an email from one of the local bike shops. Thought it was good enough to share! Hope they don't mind.

And, especially if you live in a city, it is usually FASTER to commute by bike. Plus, it is WAY less stressful to cruise to work on a bike than stuck in a car in traffic.

I'm still working on the bike thing, but I'm gonna tell "pacer" to read this post.

It's only 30 miles, one way for him to get to work... he's such a wuss. :)
