Weather forecast: hot, windy and super fast

Enough with the cyber space chain letters, let's talk about triathlon.

Tomorrow is tentatively my last race of the season.

It is an Olympic distance race on a flat, fast course. It is supposed to be bloody hot and windy so that will be a good challenge. As you may or may not know, wind is the Nebraska hill.

Race report coming soon, complete with nutrition information. I am feeling good and ready to race.

Good luck to everyone racing this weekend. Stay cool and be safe!

I am still petrified because I feel so unprepared! I have lots of curly hair and a turquoise tri top - say hi if you see me :-) I'll be the one collapsed on the ground after she crosses the finish :-)

wind is the Nebraska hill. Good line. We do have hills but that is one of the truest statements I've seen.

Good luck, and we expect a promt rr.

ok thanks for the tag and I better get on that today.....BEST to you and again sorry we did not hook up while I was in Omaha. I felt bad about that. I did get blown away by how much west Omaha had grown and those huge mega highway ramps in front of my old High School...wow
